J. Kimball McKnight holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. His work experience includes NCR: Advanced Development Group; Crouse Hinds Corporation: Cardiac Research Instrumentation; and GE, Military Electronics System Operation: Components Engineer. He is a patent holder and successful entrepreneur.

Theresa Auricchio possesses extensive management experience both as a consultant and senior executive in technology, engineering services and government services. Her work experience includes the American Foreign Service Association, British Nuclear Fuels, Merant, AVIsion Technology, MM1 Media, Gannett, and consulting/advising to the Executive Office of the President, Federal Aviation Administration, the World Bank. She is a graduate of Syracuse University (BFA, 1987 & MS, 1991), and is currently a doctor of management candidate at the University of Maryland.

He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo and Morrisville State College.
