Work experience includes basic and applied research for DuPont and Johnson & Johnson. Patent holder in five different areas including wood pulp refining, paper making, and nonwoven fabric manufacture. Experienced with new venture startups.

J. Kimball McKnight holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. His work experience includes NCR: Advanced Development Group; Crouse Hinds Corporation: Cardiac Research Instrumentation; and GE, Military Electronics System Operation: Components Engineer. He is a patent holder and successful entrepreneur.

Steve McKnight has been employed in the scientific research and environmental consulting fields for 15 years, serving as a technical expert and project manager for such firms as Dames & Moore, URS Corporation, and ERRG.. He is a graduate of Pomona College (BA in Geology, 1990) and Arizona State University (MS, Geology, 1995) and is a licensed Professional Geologist (CA 7845).

Mary Jane Mobley holds a BS in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a graduate of General Electric’s Manufacturing Management Program, after which she worked in Quality Systems and Information Systems in several GE businesses. Upon leaving GE she worked as a contractor for Tower Concepts and ITT.

Diane Lemkin has extensive background in finance, human resource development, training and development, and administrative management. She currently holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Simmons College . Diane is currently CFO of Summerhill BioMass. In addition, she is President of DVL Office Essentials, a business consulting firm focusing on office management, administration and accounting services for the small business and non-profit market. In her career, Diane has held leadership positions at Wireless Grids Corporation, Marengo Research LLC, Sallie Mae, The Boston Harbor Hotel, and Putnam Investments.

Gifford Duffy brings with him 20 years experience in Entrepreneurial Direct Marketing and Sales, and has managed all aspects of marketing product management, advertising & sales, promotion, sales training and telemarketing. He has managed international sales forces and wholesale art distributorships generating up to 2 million dollars annually. He holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
